LCCC prides itself on delivering high quality, educative programs for children and families. We work with families to provide educational opportunities for the children that are reflective and sensitive to our culturally diverse community.
At LCCC we maintain exceeding standards within the National Quality Standard (NQS). ACECQA sets a high national benchmark for early childhood education and care and outside school hours care services in Australia.
The National Quality Framework (NQF) is the overarching learning curriculum that validates the methods used to enhance each individual child’s learning – our results speak for themselves!

Tina Ludvigsen
Tina is the Educational Leader, and has been working at LCCC for 9 years. She is a diploma qualified educator and working towards her Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education and care. She used to work as an integration aide at a special school in Wyndham and have completed the Certificate IV in Disability Work. She enjoys working with young children. Supporting their development, safety and wellbeing are always at the forefront of her mind. To be able to support overall children’s development, the program planning is a very important part of her job.
Tina is curious by nature and always enjoy learning and gaining new skills. She loves gardening and is very happy to share this interest with the children in our gardens, here at the Centre. She believes gardening promotes children’s overall development. The greenery and colourful flowers help the children to feel calm and also create environments for other life. This encourages the children to learn about the cycle of life and feel connected to the world they live in. She also loves travelling, it gives her opportunities to explore different cultures and diversities, which she finds helpful in the educator role. Yoga and meditation are part of her daily routine, she also likes sharing this with the children.
