Mission Statement & Philosophy of Practice
LCCC is a multi-care approved service. The service provides a range of flexible and complementary education and care programs, known as an integrated model and advocates for affordable and accessible care to the local community. Presenting a diverse range of programs and services that are targeted at those within the community who are disadvantaged; a focus that reflects both social justice and community needs. All programs and services have a community development focus. The service provides emotional support and resources for the alleviation of poverty, distress, misfortune, destitution and helplessness.
The philosophy guides the provision of care and education, the interactions and building of partnerships and community engagement and development. The philosophy is an intrinsic part of the foundation for sustainable and relevant programs within the early childhood platform.

Education & Care
The centre strives to meet the needs of children, families and local community by incorporating the latest research into the delivery of programs:
- Early childhood development
- Quality care and educational programs
- Pedagogical knowledge and teaching practices
- Early intervention programs
- Pilot programs that support early learning and care
- Environmental sustainability
Long day care
The long day education and care programs are offered: Monday – Friday 7:00am to 6:30pm, across five long day care rooms.
Part time and full time bookings are provided. Early childhood educators have relevant and appropriate industry qualifications.
The Alternative Care program is offered: Wednesday – Friday 9:15am to 3:15pm, permanent bookings are available and respite bookings are also available.

There are two kinder programs offered.
Group 1- Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday(15 hours)
Group 2- Wednesday, Thursday and Friday (15 hours)
