Community Connector and Support

Hobsons Bay Community Connector and Support Program

We provide free and confidential support to individuals, couples and families who are experiencing hardship. Our program aims to improve the health and wellbeing of Hobsons Bay residents by supporting you in time of need.

Our staff are qualified workers with many years experience in areas of Social Work and Counselling. Our community Connectors can provide short term support which can include information, referrals to other services, advocacy and follow up support.

The Community Connector and Support Program is available five days per week to all residents of Hobsons Bay.
