Day 1 (Monday) : 9.30am – 4.00pm: Safe Food Handling (SITXFSA001 Use hygienic practices for food safety)
Day 2 (Tuesday): 9.30am – 1.30pm: Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
Day 2 (Tuesday): 2.00pm – 5.00 pm: Basic Coffee Making
