Do you have a mild intellectual disability or cognitive impairment? Do you want to be more independent by cooking for yourself, preparing your meals and budgeting for your food expenses? Then this is the short course for you.

You will learn to prepare healthy meals on a budget. You will gain a basic overview of food hygiene techniques and learn about pathways within the hospitality
industry that may suit you.
